We Get To Know Your Family
We understand that every family is different and want to take the time to understand what your family is looking for. Your Family Profile is crucial to giving us a snapshot of each individual in your household. Whenever possible, we personally call you to welcome you to our agency and ensure you of our commitment to providing quality, personalized childcare.
We Personally Know Each Sitter
All of our childcare providers are qualified, screened, and personally interviewed. We require and check two references, conduct a complete background check, and verify completion of infant and child CPR. In addition, we provide on-going resources in various topics, so that the sitter is knowledgeable and adaptable to any parenting style.
We Find Your Family’s Sitter
Based on your family’s needs, we match your family with a screened, personable caregiver. We exchange your Family Profile and our detailed Child + Friend Sitter’s Profile to the respective party. You will have their contact information and a photograph to further coordinate their arrival.
We Handle Payment to Sitter
To avoid the awkward exchange of money at the end of a shift, we will handle the payment to the sitter. We will send you an invoice after the shift is over. After you verify the hours, we will charge the card you have on file.
We Remain a Resource and Friend
After your sitter is gone, we provide on-going support including, additional occasional babysitters, permanent nanny placements, resource recommendations, and invitations to community events.
